Do you know how many songs Lil Wayne has? Millions. Just go to youtube and see how many songs this guy has that no one has ever heard. I understand you’ve got to keep working and making songs, because that’s what you do, but I think I’m Lil Wayne’d out. He’s got some great verses and lines, but he also has a lot of sub-par material. Some freestyles I hear and think “Why did he put this out?”. A majority of these freestyle verses his flow is so off beat and just sounds like a drunk guy was let into the booth (oh wait). Even the constant pushing back of his album is getting annoying.

Remember Tha Carter 3 was supposed to come out in December 2007? Then it got pushed back to February 2008 and then it was supposed to come out late April 2008? I know they had to wait for Lollipop to pop, but not that it has, isn’t it a good time to release the damn album already? Universal has announced the album will be coming out June 10, 2008. That’s like more than a month away. And did you hear?

Tha Leak? It was the EP Lil Wayne quietly released in December of last year that sold 2000 copies or something. I’ve been listening to that album recently and it sucks balls. Lil Wayne does have some lines but it gets tiring listening to a drunk guy rap, it’s like listening to too much ODB. It’s fun for a moment, but once you hear a non-drunk rapper, your IQ starts to perk up again. But whateverz, Tha Carter 3 is the only thing us rap heads are looking forward too, now that the Rick Ross hype has died and gone to hell.
