The part the frustrates me the most about this place is they ID you by your address, so if you have moved and the person who was in your new home before has a bad account they will deny your account and assume you owe the money they other person did (which happened to me) I corrected this problem easy enough and they reactivated my account, then decided to charge me an additional $9.36 and then $16.95 on top of that all in 3 days. So I was charged over $30 for signing up with this place. I figured this was an easy fix since they seemed to respond so quickly, nope, one mention of wanting my account closed or getting that money back that they overcharged they would not respond, I submitted a ticket in the contact us area, still no reply. I found their phone number (which is painfully difficult here it is in case you ever need it (888) 986-6400.) However, they are only taking calls with no voicemail between the hours of 9am to 1 pm pacific time. It has been a very painful experience for me with gamefly, I don't know how a company messed up this bad. New games are dam near impossible to get. Actually even games that came out months ago. But the good thing is you get to play games that you'll would never buy.
