Last night at the Much Music Video Awards in Toronto some drama between the Black Eye Peas and Perez Hilton went down which eventually saw Perez Hilton getting a black eye. Both sides have released video regarding their side of what happened.

Here’s a synopsis:
Fergie approaches Perez Hilton at an after party and ask him “if they are still cool?” because he has been calling her “fugly” and saying their latest single “Boom Boom Pow” is garbage on his blog. Perez says he respects her but doesn’t like the song. Later on in the night at another after party, Will.I.Am tells Perez Hilton to “never write about the Black Eyes Peas on his website” and this resutls in Perez Hilton calling Will.I.Am. “gay” and “fagot”. Now according to Will.I.Am outside of the club Perez Hilton was attacked by a random fan who over heard the conversation. Perez however says that Will.I.Am’s manager Polo is the one that gave him the bruiser. Peep the videos below.

My take is if you call someone a name, especially one that questions someones sexuality you should be prepared for the consequences even if they involve getting a black eye. However, I don’t think you should get killed over it, but a good beat down is just about right. What say you?
