Jay-Z Threatens to Sue YoRapper!

You know you’ve come along way when Jay-Z, my favorite rapper of all time, is threatening to sue your homie YoRapper for some nonsense I don’t even have time for right now.
Today, I received my first C&D or a “Cease & Desist” letter from Jay-Z’s lawyers saying that I had to remove all instances of Jay-Z from the ringtone section of this site or else they will tell Jay-Z to sue me.
What I find interesting about this is that first of all you know you have crazy money when doucebags lawyers are looking for a reason to sue a lowly hip hop blog. And secondly, would Jay-Z actually sue a friggin’ hip hop blog? Thirdly, imagine the publicity from Jay-Z suing a hip hop blog? Even more crazy is that I can finally meet my childhood hero and hand him that demo tape.
So a guy that makes $82 million a year is going to sue a guy who makes $82 a month. Needless to say, I have removed the offending content.
PS. Jay-Z is no longer the GOAT.
man, I don’t think Jay would have done it. Its just his lawyers, who obviously would want him to sue you, because then they get paid to represent him.

it has NOTHING to do with jay himself. this is all being done on behalf of his lawyers……although it seems more likely that it is the record label’s lawyers
