If anybody from Philly want to clarify who the hell really is the top dog in Philly please enlighten us? I personally am rolling with Will Smith on this one. But on some street shit, it’s got to be Gillie. Beanie Sigel seems like he doesn’t care for rap anymore.

    Gillie is definitely one of the artists who made his mark in the Philadelphia music scene but as far as running philly on the street shit that is completely wrong.

    If anyone can make that claim then Ab Liva or Oschino are the only artists eligible. Beans definitely knows some of the realest dudes but Gillie knows the same dudes also.
