Saigon, who quit rapping and then came back, hits up DJ Envy to talk about his departure from Atlantic Records, his current situation and his beef with Joe Budden and Prodigy.

Interestingly, Saigon claims that because he used to live in New Jersey, he has “mad dirt” on Joe Budden. I wonder if dude just reignited the drama.
