DMX was arrested (again) in a mall in Arizona for not paying a medical bill of $7,500. Police say DMX, whose real name is Earl Simmons, used a fake name at the hospital to duck out on the tab.

I never knew you could get arrested for not paying your hospital bill. Couldn’t they have just wrote him a letter?
