The yahoos at MTV have given the green light for Diddy to begin production of a new reality show called StarMaker. Diddy will team up with Mark Burnett whose best known for creating all the shows my mom likes such as Survivor, The Apprentice and Are You Smarter Than a Fifth Grader?).

The show will be a cross between American Idol and Diddy’s other show Making the Band in that contestants will not only have to showcase their skills but also be able to handle the extra-curricular activities of being an artist under Diddy (i.e. walking miles for cheese cake, being Diddy’s personal glory hole, etc.).

Diddy currently executive produces television shows: Run’s House, Making the Band, and I Want to Work For Diddy.
