“Cant Tell Me Nothing” #2 on 106 & Park

I find it a little odd that Kanye West’s underground smash “Can’t Tell Me Nothing” magically comes out of nowhere to land at #2 on tonight’s episode of 106 & Park, not to mention it was right behind 50 Cent’s “I Get Money”. I swear I haven’t seen this video ever on 106&Park and I would think that the much more radio friendly “Stronger” would be getting more love by the viewers. It just seems a strange coincidence that on the day before both Fifty and Kanye release their albums and a day before they appear on 106&Park in a much talked about “debate” they are both slotted in the #1 and #2 slot respectively on 106&Park’s countdown. Damn, I wouldn’t even expect to see Fifty’s “I Get Money” on there either. I was thinking Soulja Boy was gonna be up in there haha. Either the marketing is paying off, or the marketers are paying for air time. If you know what I mean. Anyway tomorrow should be a great day. Good luck to Kanye West and 50 Cent!
