Your favorite CO’s favorite CO go in.
One of the funniest shows interviews the hood hero, Nas.
How many videos has this jack off released? And who here been able to make it to the end of any of them?
Literally… Today (July 23) Nas stood up to give arousing speech for protesters from ColorOfChange.org/MoveOn.org and to present Fox News at their headquarters in Manhattan a petition to end the station’s biased reporting.
Lil’ homie, whose latest album, Untitled, has just made it to #1 on Billboard with 187K argues that Fox News needs to end its racist reporting of Black people in America and particularly of Barack Obama and his family. Nas heads’ will also know that Nas recently released a new song entitled “Sly Fox” which goes straight for the News conglomerate’s jugular.
Fox News has released the following statement about Nasir Jones.
Fox News believes in all protesters exercising their right to free speech, including Nas, who has an album to promote.
I’m not sure if this is a publicity stunt or if Nas is really rolling with this left-wingers or if he’s just fighting back against Bill O’s comments about him last year. What say yall?
Trying to relive the old glory?
Nah Fifty did an impromptu performance in the hallway at Power 106 in LA. Very random.
This video like the Southern version of Wu-Tang’s Triumph. Read more »
Presidential candidate Barack Obama hit up the troops in Kuwait to show off his basketball skills sinking a long distance three point shot on his first attempt. Senator Obama is 46 years old and still got game.
We been bumpin’ this shizz. Video has a hot beginning and then goes down hill real fast.

New jawn from Lil Wayne called “American Dream” courtesy of Big Mike. It’s kind of hot, I mean sauna.
I’m trying not to wear 3xs no more, it’s okay YoRapper stand 6′4.

T.I.’s next album, Paper Trail will hit stores September 9th with the above album cover artwork.
I think it looks ghey as hell, but whateverz.

…Is the white lady he’s shaking hands with in this picture. But wait there’s more, the good old folks at TheSmokingGun have closed the casket on Rick’s street cred and career with the following info:
Ross (real name: William Leonard Roberts) was appointed a prison guard in December 1995 at a salary of $22,913.54, according to the below personnel record, which was provided to TSG by Jo Ellyn Rackleff, a DoC spokesperson. The rapper’s social security number is identical to that of the jail guard. According to the official document, Ross was earning $25,794.34 when he left the department in June 1997. After graduating from the DoC training academy, Ross was assigned to the South Florida Reception Center in Dade County (the lockup is one of three statewide that serves as an intake facility for new prisoners).
Like I said before (The End of Rick Ross) if they had proof that absolutely concluded that was homie, he would be done. In the immortal words of Tupac, “you ain’t go to lie to kick it”. If Ross wasn’t so serious about denying his CO days (Risk Ross Responds To CO Picture), then I could still mess with Ross -I was so close to even going to a Rick Ross show in two weeks but decided it was against my hip hop morals to see a phony (instead I will be getting drizz watching Trini b*tches gyrate to soca -music I despise).
Oh well Ross apparently said he has $15 million saved up, but that probably means he has $15 thousand.
In light of Jesse Jackson, apparently calling Barack Obama “the n-word”, the hosts’ of The View get into a heated debate over the use of the word. The discussion reaches a climate when the lily white girl starts crying over the use of the “n-word” in “pop culture”, which she really means rap music.

Young Jeezy, along with Foxy Brown, will be gracing a double cover edition of September’s XXL magazine. Props to Jeezy.
DMX was arrested (again) in a mall in Arizona for not paying a medical bill of $7,500. Police say DMX, whose real name is Earl Simmons, used a fake name at the hospital to duck out on the tab.
I never knew you could get arrested for not paying your hospital bill. Couldn’t they have just wrote him a letter?

Have you seen The Dark Knight yet? According to this a hell of a lot of folks have,
Media By Numbers, a tracking firm, said the Warner Bros. film, directed by Christopher Nolan, set a box office record for a midnight debut, bringing in $18.5 million Friday from midnight screenings in 3,040 theaters _ many of them open 24 hours. That bested the 2005 performance of “Star Wars Episode III: The Revenge of the Sith,” which took in $16.9 million at its debut. “The Dark Knight” figure didn’t include any of its 3 a.m. or 6 a.m. showings.
I want to see this so bad, I gotta convince the wifey for tonight. The reviews all giving The Dark Knight a thumbs up and even Rotten Tomatoes is giving this a 94%. I was pretty much sold when I saw the 6 minute trailer.
Real talk, I loved the first Batman with Jack Nicholson as Joker. We’ll see if Heath Ledger can live up to the Joker role.

After a four year hiatus, Shady/Aftermath/Interscope has confirmed that rap superstar, Eminem is back in the lab working on his 6th studio album.
“Em is excited,” According to Bishop Lamont, a protege of Dr. Dre, “He’s been quiet too long and he’s got a lot to get off his chest.”
Eminem has been devastated after he lost his close friend Proof in a 2006 Detriot bar shooting and took time off.
“He went through what he had to go through,” Lamont continues. “And now he’s been able to take all the pain and stress and put it out in his music.”
No word on a release date but we would expect something in the fourth quarter of ‘08 or early ‘09. The game needs Em to bring lyrics back, now if we could only get Em to step up his fashion game.

It’s saturday yall…weekend jumpoff…you already know.
This is old, but hilarious.

This the new single of T.I.’s new album Papertrail and…Yes it is a Major Flop. What the hell is this? I was expecting something for me to wild out to, this is like a used Lollipop. Yuck.
Here’s some advice for the A&R’s, when one artist blows up doing one thing, you tell your artist to do the exact opposite. Nas did it. Dmx did it. Jay-Z did it. Pac did it. Biggie did it. Kanye did it. Lil Wayne did it. Even T.I. once did it. What gives? Man I was sooooo right about TIP. Get off Weezy’s dick rappers!
Evening wood.

I knew things were going down for Rossss after he did that XXL cover all flabby looking but this whole corrections officer scandal has just blown the roof of Ross’ resume. Read more »
